A Bit About Mrs.
Clarendon
Hello, my name is Kelly Clarendon and I am
very excited to have the opportunity to get to know
you!
I grew up in Puyallup and attended Spinning Elementary,
Kindergarten through sixth grade and am so excited to be back at my
favorite school as a teacher! I earned my BA in
elementary education from Pacific Lutheran University and did
my student teaching in fourth grade at Woodland
Elementary. Shortly
after graduating from college my husband, who was in the US Air
Force, was given orders to be stationed at RAF Lakenheath in
England. During the
four years we lived in England I taught third grade at the
elementary school on base. I have also taught fourth
grade at Spinning and worked as a guest teacher throughout the
district. My husband, Jason, and I live in North
Tacoma where you might see us walking our Jack Russell
Terrier: Ted! He lives for a good
walk!
