This year students are not
required to complete a science project at home, but I highly
encourage all 5th grade students to do one. If you, the parent, has
never been involved in this process before there are two meetings
this week where you and your child can get information on how to
successfully complete a science fair
project:

Parents and students throughout the district are invited to
attend a free community night designed to help students be
successful in creating science fair projects.
Zeiger's Science Information Night for
parents

Location: Zeiger library
Our meeting is geared toward parents of students who have
never done a science project, or need a refresher on the
requirements.
Safety of the students and staff is a must. Please

If your child will be absent (sick) please call the school number
at anytime (243=841-8663). Our automated phone system will let you
call 24-hours a day. Simply press option 1 and leave a
message. - Parent pick-up area for
grades 1-6 is behind

- Please sign your student's reading log
(at bottom or side of weekly planner page) and yellow work
report (in the Friday Folder) every week. Students are working on
responsibility and need your help! - Specialists are 8:40-9:10 daily
